Halloween Danceathon Fundraiser

On Tuesday, October 31,  students in JK-Grade 8 will be participating in a school dance-a-thon.  We will be fundraising for various school needs and initiatives such as,  school technology, school-wide presentations, and/or musical instruments.

Students have  received an envelope/pledge form.  Individual student pledge forms are due to the classroom teacher on  October 30, 2023.  For every $5 pledged, students will receive one ballot and for every $10 pledged, students will receive three ballots.  Ballots will be  put towards a prize of their choice.  We will have a variety of prizes geared toward different age groups.  As well, we will have school wide prizes that our students can win if we reach our target goals! Students will receive their ballots on Wednesday, November 1, 2023.  On November 2 and 3, individual classes will bring their students down to the front foyer where students will have the opportunity to place their ballots towards the prizes.

We expect this day to be a fun and exciting day for our students. Students and staff are encouraged to wear their costumes and/or black and orange clothing. 

A reminder to all parents that NO candy, treats, baked goods etc. are permitted for distribution to other student(s) and/or /classmate(s).  Your intentions may be good, but safety comes first and we cannot risk any adverse or life threatening reactions, should a student with an allergy come into contact with any food item.
