The Catholic School Council is pleased to present this year’s fundraiser with all proceeds going directly towards initiatives that benefit all students.
Our Fundraiser looks a little different this year. There is nothing to buy. Instead we will be running an Eco Friendly Donation Drive. We will be paid per pound of gently used soft goods (everything you can wear, including linens), books, media, toys, games, and housewares. In turn, our donations will help third world countries, and to keep things out of the landfill.
Everything must be in working order. Our goal is to raise $3,000, which equates to approximately 15,000 pounds of goods. We can do this with
your help and our local community! Be sure to tell your families and friends as well. In reaching our goal, the kids will be rewarded with a no homework weekend, an extra recess, and a pizza lunch!
Our Donation Drive will run from January to March. We will have two drop off dates. Our first drop off date will be Jan 15, 2025 from 6-8 the Kiss n Ride parking lot, and the second will be sometime early April. Details to follow…..Alternatively, if you cannot make the Jan 15 drop off date, please feel free to drop them off at the school directly in the office.
Please note that all soft goods (everything you can wear, and linens) must be in clear garbage bags, and all media, housewares, books, toys and games, and stuffies must be in a box. We will be sending home 2 garbage bags per family December 20. This is a great opportunity to swap out the old with the new, especially after Christmas….and then a good old spring cleaning in March. If you are unable to participate, we ask that you kindly return the bags to the school.
